LCDE Distributes Rice in Eastern Samar
March 9-10, 2018, LCDe launched a successful rice distribution in 3 far-flung barrios of Can-avid, Eastern Samar who were affected by Typhoon "Urduja". The mission served at least 300 poor peasant families. Salamat Diakonie, CDRC and the local government units.
